Project Overview:

In the 9th year of its annual conference, the largest multicultural-female blogging network, Blogalicious, solicited the help of Cover Paige Creative. This being the last year Blogalicious would run its epic event hosting more than 400 bloggers worldwide with over 20+ (mostly blue-chip) brand sponsors for 4-days in Miami, they wanted to make sure it was an event to remember. Enlisting our skills for the fourth year in a row

Blogalicious tapped into our expertise in the following areas;

  • Event production
  • Experiential marketing
  • Sponsor management, and 
  • Design (Set Design, Overall branding)

We partnered alongside Blogalicious and its sponsors to plan;

  • Attendee excursions & experiences
  • Influencer field trips 
  • Rooftop celebratory and informational events 
  • Multiple celebrity appearances
  • Private off-site dinners 
  • An exercise event at the American Airlines Miami Heat Arena (complete with cheerleaders)
  • and so much more…

Just another casual takeover of Miami.

Support Provided

For six months, Cover Paige Creative worked closely with over 20 sponsor-partners, individually, including;

  • Coca Cola’s (Welcome Reception Soiree)
  • Kia (#TribeRides and Social Innovator Suite)
  • Hanes (Dual-suite Shopping Center Experience featuring its Champion, Playtex, Bali, and Maidenform brands complete with bra fitting and custom conference t-shirts for the attendees)
  • Disney’s Studios Exclusive Viewing Party (did we mention the Pixar movie was specially flown in and had only ever been publicly viewed by our audience
  • Wells Fargo Perfect Pitch Contest, Professional Make-up sessions, headshots, as well as a Private Off-site Influencer Mixer
  • American Heart Association Poolside Yoga Events
  • AARP’s VIP Mastermind Day featuring Actress and Comedienne, Kim Coles
  • With tons more sponsors to boot

In addition, Cover Paige Creative provided the entire visual brand theme including, the ubiquitous “#tribeup triangle” theme that was carried all the way from the digital social media memes and visuals to the conference speaker presentation templates to the official conference program.

Of course, all this was not to be outdone by the main stage set design for both the VIP Mastermind Day and the general conference. Which mirrored the #tribeup theme, incorporating a plethora of tribal patterns, triangles, various wood types, clay, plush and playful elements – boasting the Blogalicious pink and purple brand colors to complete our very intentional aesthetic. Did we mention we sourced the decor elements from longtime partner, West Elm? Making the main stage a true vision of perfection.
