Project Overview
Catalystic engaged Cover Paige Creative (CPC) for its debut at the Black Enterprise Entrepreneur Summit Tradeshow floor to engage its target audience with and immersive experience. The goal was to make an indelible impression on its target customers, peers, entrepreneurs, brands, and potential new clients.
Support Provided
In order to effectively market Catalystic, we sat down with the Founder and CEO, Thomas Calhoun to learn about the company’s strengths and strategic differentiators. The goal was to highlight and infuse these touch-points into the company’s on-site tradeshow experience. Learning that the Catalystic team was best at one-on-one interactions, Cover Paige Creative produced a living room set up on the trade show floor that would invite show attendees into the cozy (yet posh) conversation space to engage with Catalystic staff onsite. Cover Paige Creative provided the Catalystic team with training on trade show etiquette and engagement techniques for increased ROI. CPC also handled all cross-promotional activities, hospitality management, show & shipment logistics, production details as well as managed all interactions with the Black Enterprise Entrepreneur Summit. We utilized televisions and technology within Catalystic’s designated booth space, a little bubbly for visiting guests as well as created a custom floor plan with matching brand colors to truly set the space apart.
Benefit to Customer:
Catalystic was not only able to fulfill their goals of brand awareness, they were also able to market their services to a large portion of the thousands of attendees at the Summit resulting in new customers for its business. Catalystic (now Nafasi) continues to work with Cover Paige Creative using our experiential marketing expertise and services to “tell their story” to customers and create unique immersive experiences that result in true client connection and excellent ROI for the company.
