Project Overview

She Is Safe (SIS) reached out to Cover Paige Creative (CPC) to help raise awareness and support-funding for its organization. SIS wanted to host an inaugural Maryland benefit concert that would support their worldwide mission of rescuing and restoring women and girls from abuse and exploitation in high risk places around the world.

Support Provided

Cover Paige Creative provided an outstanding turn-key solution specifically developed for SIS that included; Pre-Event Management & Production, Social Media & General Marketing, Media Management, Sponsorship Management, Talent Management and Ambassador Management. We coordinated and executed a full service experiential marketing activation over a 3-month period that included a multi-city grassroots awareness campaign. Our campaign reached a myriad of churches, newspapers, local government agencies, schools, colleges, radio stations, and music venues all across Maryland. We created and distributed personalized sponsorship packages, social media memes as well as custom branded ads, signage and posters and a designated hashtag. Additionally, we gathered, trained and managed a “street team” and virtual social team of over 50+ volunteers to spread the message of She Is Safe. Cover Paige Creative also provided onsite event management of all vendors, sponsors, stakeholders and talent ensuring a smooth and successful production.

Benefit to Customer

CPC’s vision and strong execution led to significant results for She Is Safe. Not only did we produce an astounding inaugural Benefit Concert with featured band This the Rescue, we engaged a number of sponsors and individuals to monetarily support SIS. With the power of our ambassadors and volunteers we were able to advertise the event on the radio as well as carry-out a successful social media campaign, bringing increased awareness engagement and impressions to the organization. To culminate the event, we provided SIS with a list-serv of over 250+ names from our efforts that allowed them to follow-up and future engagement. Cover Paige Creative is proud to put such a worthy cause on the map and create a visible presence and ongoing community and financial support for the organization here in Maryland.
